Lunch Schedule - Fall 2010

Please take a moment to review the program guidelines:

Many dedicated parents have volunteered to make the St Mark Out to Lunch program a success at St Mark School.  OTL will begin serving on Wednesday, September 8.  Wednesdays will continue to be yours and your children’s FAVORITE day at school!

We have arranged the delivery of special lunches for our students on a pre-paid basis.  Order forms will go home with students once a month in the blue folder for the following month lunches.  If you do not receive a blue folder you can always download an order form at www.stmarkwestpark.com and look for the OTL link on the right side of the home page.  Click on the link to download the form.  All orders are paid in advance when you place your child’s order.  Orders are paid by check only.  Checks may be made to St Mark Parent Club.  Cash orders will not be processed.  Each child who places an order will be given their lunch ticket before lunch each Wednesday. 

The processing of lunch orders each month is a huge undertaking and can be done most efficiently when everyone abides by the following program guidelines.  Please take a moment to review the guidelines below;

• Please do not cut the form in anyway or separate the individual order slips.
• Please complete one order form per child.
• Please do not write multiple children’s names on one order form.  Make additional copies of the order form if necessary.
• Only orders placed on the OTL order form will be processed.
• Please return forms by the respective due date.
• NO CASH please.  Checks will be the only form of payment accepted. 
• Please make checks payable to St. Mark Parent Club 
• You may write one check for all of your children.  Please return all of the forms and check together in one envelope.
• Clearly mark the outside of the envelope Out to Lunch so your order is not missed.
• It is very important you list your child’s name and homeroom on EACH completed lunch ticket for the lunch in which you are ordering.
• Please be sure to double check your child’s homeroom number.  This is very important to ensure they receive their meal ticket.
• Once orders are submitted they cannot be changed.
• You may purchase as many or as few meals as you wish.
• All future “Out to Lunch” dates will be posted at www.stmarkwestpark.com under the “Out to Lunch” link.
• If you have forgotten if you ordered lunch for your child, a confirmation sheet will be posted by homeroom at www.stmarkwestpark.com under the “Out to Lunch” link as well as being posted in your child’s classroom.
• There are no refunds for any reason

• In the event that school would be canceled on an Out to Lunch day, the lunch would be rescheduled for the first day we return to school.
