Minutes of General Meeting – April 20, 2010

President’s Report – Mrs. Gaul will be the new kindergarten teacher. She is from St. Mel school.   Ms. McNea will be full time next year, teaching art and Spanish.
Donut Sunday is May 2nd. 
May 4th is Teacher Appreciation Day. The Parent Club will be providing lunches for the teachers and staff.
Night at the Races – the profit was $8,084.   Balance in checking right now is $18,548.
Maureen Stanton has been added to the Executive Board.  The PC is looking for a new treasurer to replace Frank Chontos.
Run For the Arts – May 29th.  Volunteers still needed.
Muffins in the Morning – May 7th.
Donuts at Dawn – May 14th.
School supplies – a packet will be available for purchase this fall.  
Caritas – Next sandwich making day is May 11th.
Dining for Dollars – Was held at Panini’s April 15th.   Profit made was $307.00
Next Parent Club meeting is May 18th.  Potluck dinner at 6:00.  Meeting at 7:00.
